Cody Grisham Named as Coach of 2011 July League Dealers

Former Booneville High, Itawamba Community College, and University of Tennessee player Cody Grisham was recently named by MSB League officials as the coach of the 2011 July League Northwest MS Dealers.

After a stellar career at Booneville culminated in 2005, Cody played one year at ICC before suffering a season ending injury in the first game of the following spring. In pursuit of his dream to play professional baseball, Grisham played in a wooden bat collegiate league garnering offers from five Division 1 schools before signing with the University of Tennessee.

UAM's Sanders To Coach Dealers In 2010 MSB Fall League

Noah Sanders, a veteran of the Cotton States Baseball League, will coach the Northwest Mississippi Dealers in the 2010 MSB Fall League after a successful stint as their coach during the July League.

Sanders, a native of Saltillo, Mississippi, hit .311 with five (5) home runs and thirty (30) RBI in forty-three (43) starts as a senior for the Arkansas-Monticello Boll Weevils in 2010.

Ray to Coach; Lafayette, Olive Branch Additions Complete Dealers Roster

Former professional player Johnny Ray, who played collegiately at Northwest Mississipi Community College and Delta State, has joined the MSB Fall League as coach of the Northwest Mississippi Dealers.
